International Student and Scholar Services is looking for families who would like to share their holidays with international students. Families are needed to host one or more students either for Thanksgiving Day only or throughout the Thanksgiving break period.

The Healing Foods Kitchen at the KU Medical Center is a demonstration kitchen that helps faculty, staff, students, patients and community members learn about all aspects of healthy cooking - from food selection to choosing recipes that work.

Space shuttle Atlantis has docked with the International Space Station and three monarch caterpillars from KU's Monarch Watch (inset) are safely on board. The trio is the first of their species in space.

Former Chancellor Robert Hemenway's name will grace KU's Kansas Life Sciences Innovation Center in Kansas City, Kan., as a testament to his success in promoting life science research. The Kansas Board of Regents today approved naming the center.
